Name of the announcing node (empty for pre-origin_node senders).

producer_id: String

issuer_key_hash: String

Hex-encoded issuer key hash — identifies the CA scope.

epoch: u64

manifest_digest: String

last_seen_unix: u64

Wall-clock (Unix seconds) when this announcement was last observed.
