Path to an Ed25519 PKCS#8 private key used to sign outbound gossip messages (design §6.3, FPT_ITT.1). When set, every message this node broadcasts is signed; peers with the matching public key verify and drop unauthenticated messages. When unset, gossip stays unauthenticated (backward compatible).

peer_keys: Vec<PathBuf>

Paths to Ed25519 public keys (PEM/DER) trusted to sign peer gossip messages. When identity_key is set and this is empty, a node verifies only its own signature scheme is well-formed; populate with peer keys to authenticate the mesh.

peer_identities: BTreeMap<String, PathBuf>
